TALLEBUDGERA CREEK OYSTERS
In order to avoid any misunderstand between the lessee of the oyster area in Tallebudgera Creek and the general public the Chief Inspector of Fisheries (Mr. C. Dick) notified the local progress association to the effect that the public are privileged to.consume as many oysters as they desire on he spot, and on any portions of the oyster beds at present leased for 14 years to a resident of the district (Mr. J. Kenny). The public are reminded that to take away oysters from the beds in question in the shell of in containers is unlawful, and which applies not only to the lease mentioned, but from any public oyster reserve or any Crown land
