SPEED-UP ON HOMES
Completion of homes under construction by the Housing Commission may be speeded up by concentrating available materials on a given number instead of having numerous homes partially constructed at the one time.
To discuss the best use of available materials, particularly linings, the Minister for Housing (Mr. Power) today called a conference of senior officers of the Commission, including the Acting Commissioner (Mr. Galvin),
“We discussed what could be done to speed up the completion of homes under construction and the erection of new ones.” the Minister said.
