City work for housinq body
City Council workmen will soon build four miles of road works, drainage, and water channelling for the Queensland Housing Commission at the Carina estate, Belmont.
The Works Committee chairman (Aid. Glover) said yesterday that work, which would cost £80,000, was part of £170,000 worth of work the council hoped to do for the commission this year.
